Conference Organiser:

Outsourcing is entering a new phase. Contracts signed three, five or ten years ago, in outsourcing and offshoring early days are expiring, and must be re-examined or re-negotiated to reflect changing business needs, advances in technology, and a much changed supplier landscape.
Operational costs have been successfully contained, shared services centres and call centres operations have stabilised and reached new levels of maturity, organisations have been re-engineered, step changes have been achieved across all processes, and yet the pressures of competition and globalisation makes expectations even higher.
It’s time to take stock, and review the myriad of options, and make the right decisions to achieve the next level of performance.
