At many conferences, there are quite a few seats which remain unsold. There could be many reasons for this. Sometimes the timing of the event is not ideal, in other cases the price of the conference is a factor.

At Conference Bay, we think this is a shame and we have come up with a new way of ensuring all seats are filled at conferences: we allow delegates to name the price they are willing to pay for a seat and we work with the conference organiser to accept these bids. Making a bid is free of charge and can be a great way to save costs.

We don't share any personal information when someone makes a bid. The only thing the organiser will see is job title, type of industry and work country. Only when they accept a bid they will get all relevant personal details of the delegate.
